简介:
研究员, 博士研究生导师, 中心主任,毕业于中山医学院医疗系。1988 -1990年为美国华盛顿大学环境医学系博士后。1998-2011为美国斯坦福大学医学院资深科学家。主要兴趣是基因和细胞治疗研究。他和同事发明了著名的非病毒基因治疗载体微环DNA, 以及可用于临床的微环DNA诱导干细胞(iPS),这些技术已被世界基因和细胞治疗界的科学家广为应用。目前,全球有100多亇科研单位应用微环DNA,多家公司在销售微环DNA及相关产品,或购买它们的使用权。陈研究员在国内外知名杂志发表论文40多篇,应邀在多个大学、会议、公司演讲。已授权4项专利,正在申请多个专利。1986年,以陈研究员为主的团队,在世界上首次发现绿茶对黄曲霉毒素诱发肝癌有强大的抑制作用,获得多个奖励。2011年初陈研究员回国加盟中科院深圳先进技术研究院。

研究方向:

·           发展基于微环DNA基因载体和干细胞的基因和细胞治疗技术,治疗肝脏重大疾病,包括病毒性肝炎、肝的代谢性疾病如高胆固醇血症、遗传性疾病如血友病等

·           发展纳米-非病毒DNA基因载体体内投递技术

·           小鼠肝人源化动物模型
