简介:

  一直在高校及研究所从事微光机电器件、系统,红外/THz 探测技术等领域的研究工作,并形成了自己的研究团队。承担多项国家级、省部级科研项目如民口863计划、国家自然科学基金,01纵向单位预研基金,863计划等项目。获新世纪优秀人才荣誉称号,教育部提名自然科学二等奖。发表有关论文109 篇,被SCI 收录47篇,引用189 次(他引158次),获发明专利9项,实用新型专利7项。

  主要研究成果:将亚波长衍射光栅结构的概念引入衍射微透镜阵列的设计,提出了一种新的自对准设计方法(宽容差对准方法)通过自对准方法,制作了8位相的石英衍射微透镜,其衍射效率远高于同位相的常规工艺制作的微透镜阵列。实现了大规模微透镜阵列如256×256、512×512元等微透镜阵列与可见光、红外CCD(电荷耦合器件)的单片集成,集成后的器件成像质量提高了2-3倍。研究微透镜阵列技术用于人工复眼结构,推动微型化、阵列化、集成化和网络化的仿生昆虫视觉成像技术在自动导航、目标跟踪、机器人视觉系统、空间探测、智能武器系统等诸多领域的应用。基于微F-P腔阵列的可调谐滤波器,实现了128×128元微腔阵列,可以在一些特定的环境下例如杂波区目标,伪装目标,背景干扰大等情况实现高灵敏度,高分辨率超光谱成像探测。
